This is a complete front power disc conversion kit for any 1955-57 Chevrolet passenger car. Kit includes: Rotors,bearings,grease seals,dust caps,spindle nut & washers,caliper brackets, new calipers,disc pads,front brake hoses & clips,8" dual diaphragm brake booster,pedal rod,master cylinder,combination valve & bracket and brake light switch pigtail.

To complete your disc brake conversion you may choose to add a hard line kit. These kits include all the necessary hard lines from the master cylinder to the rear wheels. Included in the kit is a rear brake hose and chassis line clips. The rear lines are for stock rear end applications. Lines are available in either mild steel or stainless steel versions.

NOTE: Disc conversions will not fit with stock generators with generator mounted power steering. Will also not fit 1957 stock 14" rims. Some parts in picture may be generic.

These are recommended for the best fit in a 1955-57 Chevrolet passenger car with big blocks or engines with tall valve covers. The dual slimline booster has 10-15% more assist than a regular 9" booster. Comes in a yellow zinc finish. 

NOTE: Mounting brackets,pedal rod & clevis sold separately.

Booster brackets mount power brake booster to firewall. These are level mount style. Mounts booster approximately 1 3/4" off firewall.

Booster brackets mount power brake booster to firewall. These are angle mount style. Mounts booster approximately 3 1/2" off firewall up on a slight angle.

Booster extension rod measure approximately 4 3/4" long. Threads onto the booster rod and clevis will thread to other side. Male & female ends have 3/8"-24 thread.

Clevis threads to booster extension rod to attach rod to brake pedal. Clevis has a 3/8"-24 thread.

This pin is necessary when using our dual master cylinder conversion, Part # 27-031A with our dual 8" power brake booster, Part # 27-001D. 

Power brake booster conversion kit to convert your stock standard single master cylinder to a power dual master system. Modification to front brake lines is required. Kit includes: 8" dual diaphragm booster, level mount booster brackets, dual master cylinder, booster rod and clevis. Level mount brackets moves booster about 1 3/4" off firewall. 

Power brake booster conversion kit to convert your stock standard single master cylinder to a power dual master system. Modification to front brake lines is required. Kit includes: 8" dual diaphragm booster, angle mount booster brackets, dual master cylinder, booster rod and clevis. Angle mount brackets moves booster about 3 1/2" off firewall. When using angle mount brackets the brake pedal clevis hole will need to be relocated.

Complete bracket kit to convert to side engine mounts.It's suggested you use a transmission cross member with this type of installation. Keeps engine in stock location. Use with Part # 18-132A engine block mounts.

Front motor mount kit includes all brackets,cushions and hadware. Allows the use of a stock fuel pump. Suggested to use with headers.
NOTE: Requires some modification to firewall on passenger side.

Mounting brackets and cushions when converting to Turbo 350,400 OR 700R4 in a 1955-57 Chevrolet using original frame perches. Comes with hardware. NOTE: MILD STREET CAR CONVERSION. NOT FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE

Complete transmission cross member kit. Includes cross member, mounting kit and hardware. Made of 1" X 4" rectangular tubing. Provides more exhaust clearance over round tube cross members.

Rubber transmission mount for Turbo 350, 400 or 4-speed transmissions. Necessary when using crossmember part #27-006.

Performance polyurethane transmission mount. Fits stick or automatic applications. Measures 1 3/4" tall.

Performance urethane transmission mount. Fits stick or automatic transmissions. Shorter in height than part # 27-006C.  Measures 1 1/2" tall. 

Linkage rod kit to be used with Turbo 350 and 400 Transmission while using original column shift. Requires the use of the stock linkage swivel.

Complete pedal kit to convert to standard shift or replace old worn out one. Comes with all necessary parts to install pedal under dash.
