Someone cut a giant shifter hole in floor. We'll cut that out and weld in a new section.

Bottom of subframe crossmember was beat up and had a rot hole. Drilled out the spot welds to remove.

After pulling off the intake for cleaning we found rust in the lifter valley.

Further inspection revealed cracks in the block from it being frozen in storage. Time to research a crate motor.
