Gasser arrives at Don's East Coast Restoration. This car is to be sold as a roller or we will build to suit.

Body now off the chassis

Straight axle arrived from Speedway and test assemembled and ready to fit to chassis.

Straight axle mocked up in car to minimize bump steer. We will now make new front perches.

Layed front nose in place to get full effect.

Now we're looking ole' skool.

Chassis cleaned and painted

Added a set of aluminum slotted dish with tires

Body now in seal prime ready to go back onto chassis

Ron setting up the engine mounts for the Big Block Chevy

We moved the steering box foward on the chassis about 2" to gain better alignment of the drag link

We machined 2 double D's on the steering shaft and steering box so we could add a u-joint to the steering shaft to compensate for moving the steering box

Now with everything installed we have perfect alignment of the drag link to the right front wheel and also clear the oil pan.
